Public bug reported:
The package https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-pingcap-kvproto
has existed in Debian since September 2025, but it hasn't been synced to
Ubuntu ever. Please allow it to sync to Ubuntu, so that Ubuntu users can
build Go packages that require this library.
I don't see any reasons not to sync this. I guess it wasn't imported
just due to release timing issues.
