It looks like this was automatically synced when development started on
Ubuntu Resolute along with other packages. It built successfully
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/golang-github-pingcap-
kvproto/6.1.0~alpha-1  but it seems to be stuck in -proposed since then.
(I suppose that's why there's no Ubuntu link in the Debian tracker)

I tried checking https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/proposed-
migration/resolute/update_excuses.html#golang-github-pingcap-kvproto in
case it had some hints why the package hasn't migrated from -proposed to
the regular release archives, but it doesn't say much.
