Still happens, now with a newer kernel: Linux maryzen 6.8.0-87-generic #88~22.04.1-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Tue Oct 14 14:03:14 UTC 2 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
For the first time, the behavior was slightly different: it's not that the system didn't get the keyrelease, it is as if it didn't key anything else from the laptop's keyboard... even after I connected an external one. So, while I did connect an external keyboard to the laptop and pressed a key to stop the nonsense, I did *not* recover the internal keyboard: now, only the external keyboard works, but not the internal one. I don't know if it isn't just a coincidence (I'm betting so), but after doing an lspci and an lsusb, the internal keyboard started working again... Nothing showed up on the dmesg, as usual. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2131598 Title: Keyboard keys get stuck and repeat To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2131598/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
