Public bug reported:

Expected behavior: The installer should detect that a target
disk/partition is busy or mounted. It should either automatically
unmount the LUKS volume or prompt the user to unmount it before
proceeding to disk operations.

Actual behavior: The installer crashes at the end of the process. It
appears it fails to unmount the manually mounted LUKS container, causing
the operation to fail silently or with a generic crash window. The
installation remains incomplete.

System info:

OS Version: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

Installer Backend: Subiquity

Status: A LUKS volume was manually mounted in the live session during
install. *That was the target installation disk*

** Affects: apport (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
