Public bug reported:
The AppArmor profile for ZNC forgot to allow locking a file. This
results in errors when ZNC tries to save its config file.
This line in /etc/apparmor.d/znc :
owner @{HOME}/.znc/configs/znc.conf~ rw,
should become
owner @{HOME}/.znc/configs/znc.conf~ rwk,
i.e., need "k" to allow locking.
