For the records: your KernLog.txt doesn't include the DENIED event for znc.conf~, but I trusted your report when submitting the upstream patch.
OTOH, your KernLog.txt contains DENIED events for some other profiles. Please consider to create bugreports for the affected packages (as far as I can tell, not maintained by upstream AppArmor).
