What prevents the s390x binary from being built the next time lumpy-sv is uploaded?
One way is to restrict the architectures and exclude s390x from the list, but maybe a neater way would be to add a build-dependency on python3-pysam. This should prevent lumpy-sv from being built on architectures where it will not be installable, and should python3-pysam become available on additional architectures in future, no change will be needed in lumpy- sv. This also needs fixing in Debian, see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1121752 ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #1121752 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1121752 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2137071 Title: Please delete lumpy-sv s390x binary from resolute To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lumpy-sv/+bug/2137071/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
