Summary:
Intel Wireless-AC 9560 adapter (8086:9df0) fails to initialize on Ubuntu 24.04
with kernel 6.14.0-37-generic, showing "Failed to start INIT ucode: -110"
error. The firmware loads but initialization times out, preventing WiFi
interface creation.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot Ubuntu 24.04 with kernel 6.14.0-37-generic
2. Check WiFi: ip link show (no wlp/wlan interface appears)
3. Check dmesg: shows "Failed to start INIT ucode: -110"
Expected behavior:
WiFi interface should be created and functional.
Actual behavior:
No WiFi interface created. Driver loads firmware but fails to initialize
hardware.

1. Downgrading to kernel 6.8.0-45-generic works
