You have a number of ACPI BIOS errors in your Dmesg log, it might be a
good start to check if your laptop manufacturer has any updates
available to the BIOS.

If you're able to try a mainline kernel build, that would tell us if the
problem is on Ubuntu's side or upstream. Our latest for amd64 is 6.18.1
(https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/v6.18.1/) and we have instructions
for installation here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds

Please let me know if the problem goes away with either of those steps.
