Public bug reported:

Apologies if I am not reporting this correctly, I am a total noob.

I installed Ubuntu on a brand new AIO PC (Acer Aspire C27-B DQ.BMREX.002
- 27" inch IPS FHD(1920x1080) Intel Core i7-1355U, 16GB DDR4, 1TB SSD)
that had no OS on it before.

During the installation my screen was perfectly normal. Then a few
seconds after I logged in the screen first split in half and I cannot
move the cursor through the center (if I want to click on anything on
the Left side of my screen I have to move all the way to the Right so
the mouse can appear on the left ). And if I do not move my mouse for a
few seconds the screen goes into some type of teal and magenta static
flickering non stop. If I am hovering over a text box the static goes
away.

I think this is a problem with my Intel driver (A7A0, A7A1 IntelĀ® IrisĀ®
Xe Graphics Xe Raptor Lake-P 5.19 96/80) even though I made sure to
update the kernel and updated everything I could find using this Intel
link - https://dgpu-docs.intel.com/driver/client/overview.html
