Were you able to take a look at the bug linked by Daniel? A core issue
of missing headers can affect multiple devices, not just graphics, so it
would be good to rule that out first. The output from `dpkg -l` might
help if this is the problem.

To continue debugging this, it would be useful to have dmesg output from
the problematic kernel boot. If you can't use the system while on the
problematic kernel, you can still collect logs from the previous boot
either with `journalctl -b -1` or by finding the lines in
/var/log/syslog (starting from "kernel: Linux version
6.14.0-37-generic").

If this does turn out to be a bug in the kernel, we'll want to first check if 
it's an upstream problem as well. For that, you can install our latest mainline 
kernel build for amd64, which is 6.18.1:
