I have been tyring to figure out something like this issue, although on a AMD - this seems too familiar to post on another place - diferent hardware, lenovo p14s gen5 amd.
Happens on debian 13 and ubuntu 22 (certified hardware), no usage pattern to reproduce it might take minutes or hours.
