Hi, thanks for opening a bug report! Based on your kernel log, I think it's likely that this is a problem in your computer's firmware. You could try updating your BIOS to the latest version, if one is available, but otherwise it might be best to continue booting with noefi or even to use Legacy Boot instead. Failing to mount efivarfs is expected if EFI is disabled.
If you're confident this is an issue in the kernel, you can try to reproduce the issue with the mainline kernel, so we know if the problem is present upstream. Our latest mainline kernel build is https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/v6.19-rc5/ Instructions for installing mainline kernel packages are available at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: New => Triaged ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Ian Whitfield (ijwhitfield) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2138134 Title: Er starte auf dem Lenovoe T430 nur mit noefi To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2138134/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
