No extension needed.
Times before I opened an issue in Redhat bugtracker for fedora 42 they answered 
that GNOME need an ideapad driver (KDE provides itself) and it will be 
available in kernel 6.17.

On Ubuntu side this I cannot see the battery charge limit in gnome
settings but terminal commands for enable or disable it work as
expected.

sudo modprobe -v ideapad-laptop : provides no result
