Test Result: Success I tried with `en_US`, `fr_FR`, and `ja_JP`. All three created identical reports save for the `collectionTime` and `language` fields, which is to be expected. The values collected made sense for my machine's configuration.
These reports were also identical in content to the ones generated with `en_US` with the prior version of Ubuntu Insights.
