Im receiving the following errors, every reboot and every time the
networkd-dispatcher service starts or is restarted. The same error is
repeated for every single network interface
Expected: No error messages.
What happened instead: The following "unknown state" error messages appear with
"journalctl -b -u networkd-dispatcher"
