After the former has been resolved the remainder was seen.
php-defaults had a new binary package which was default accepted to main (same 
as source) but has nothing holding it there.

https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/component-mismatches-
proposed.html reports it as "Binary only movements to universe (ubuntu-
server)" and on a check we agree.

Moving those (which is also the last one showed on excuses):
