Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 25.10 (GNU/Linux 6.17.0-1006-raspi aarch64)

When the system netboots and there is a new firmware to test from an
initrd.img update, the flash-kernel fails with error 'TFTP 1: file
/tmp/mnt/sda/rpi5boot/tryboot.txt not found for 192.168.0.1' and moves
to the next boot choice. If netboot is chosen manually from a boot menu,
it just loops.

The system has not created a tryboot.txt file in that folder. I notice
that it also does not check a subdirectory based on the MAC address for
a config.txt file as opposed to a normal boot.

** Affects: flash-kernel (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
