Public bug reported:
I tested chm2pdf on Bionic, which is the last Ubuntu release where this
package is available.
chm2pdf crashes with a Python 2 runtime error even when processing a
minimal, valid CHM containing only plain HTML text and no images.
The CHM was created using Microsoft HTML Help Workshop and renders
correctly on Windows.
Both normal conversion (--webpage) and --extract-only fail with:
TypeError: cannot concatenate 'str' and 'NoneType' objects
originating from Python 2 sgmllib.
This issue was discovered while investigating Bug #890874, but occurs
even without images or mixed-case paths.
