h) rubberband part 1
You have a block that starts like this:
Files: rubberband/.build.yml
       rubberband/.hgignore
       rubberband/.hgtags
       rubberband/CHANGELOG
       rubberband/CONTRIBUTING.md
...
Copyright: 2001, Erik de Castro Lopo <[email protected]>
License: GPL-2+

But rubberband is GPL-2, not GPL-2+, as per rubberband/COPYING.

AHA, but rubberband/README.md says "You can redistribute it and/or
modify it under the terms of the GPL; either version 2 of the License,
or (at your option) any later version." And at the same time it says to
look at the COPYING file (which is GPL-2).

Ok, looks like GPL-2+ is ok, and incidentally it's also the same used in
the src:rubberband package we have in the archive already.

So perhaps can the above Files: block be reduced, by using globbing?
Start generic, and then add more Files blocks for the exceptions, close
together?
