Hi Ian, just tested 6.8.0-88-generic, along with 6.8.0.94-generic and 6.14.0-37-generic (my current kernel).
Here is what I have found: All detect the external display on boot, and the resolution lists are correct, but only 6.14 can display anything. 6.8.x kernels show the display as connected, but the image is all black. If I unplug and replug the display: - 6.8.0-88 set 1080p and removes resolutions higher than 1080p from the list. - 6.8.0-94 set 1080p also, but keeps the full list. Trying to select higher modes only leads to 1080p image, and the top resolutions getting removed from the list. - 6.14 sets the correct native mode (3440x1440) and keeps the full list, but the display is black. I have found that I can make 6.14 to synchronize the secondary screen correctly if I lock the screen (Super+L) and unlock it again. This behavior is very consistent. It all makes me thing that maybe there's another software component playing a role here. Regards.
