I cannot install Distrobox when I have the docker-ce version of Docker
installed.

# Expected behavior
`apt install distrobox` should work. I use Docker Inc's Ubuntu
[Docker](https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/ubuntu/) not Ubuntu's
Docker.

In `distrobox_1.8.1.2-1.debian.tar.xz/control`, please change `Depends:
podman | docker.io` to `Depends: podman | docker.io | docker-ce` or
`Recommends: podman | docker.io`.
