Hello Pavel, this looks like a similar issue to

Could you try to run
cat /sys/bus/usb/devices/2-3/bConfigurationValue
If the result if different than "1", run the following command
echo 1 > /sys/bus/usb/devices/2-3/bConfigurationValue
This should solve the issue
