You are right, I'm sorry, I misunderstood the problem.

I haven't found much in the kernel history between 6.14 and 6.17 that
would lead to this, at least in a straightforward way, but there are
users who are suffering from similar issues as you, but in a less
impactful way, since moving from kernel 6.14 to 6.17.

They are limited to 100Mbps instead of completely failing the
autonegotiation, I'm starting to wonder if this could be your case as
well; I'm 99% sure, but the fact you have a link bond shouldn't have any

Now, this seems to be an upstream kernel issue with Realtek r8125 and
r8169; your card should be based on an r8156, so, I think you might get
an impact as well.


Can you run the same commands as the bugzilla link
    ethtool enx3c8cf86066c4
    ethtool enx3c8cf860663b

and can you run
    lspci -nnk > lspci.txt

and attach it here?
