Ubuntu, any progress on this regression defect?

I have had to selectively keep booting into Kernel:

$ uname -a
Linux jaakob 6.8.0-90-generic #91-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Tue Nov 18
14:14:30 UTC 2025 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Else even with the back leveled Nvidia Binary driers, the hideous
flashing is extremely bad.

Even with the above back level kernel version the screen flashes... but
less. The current kernel -100 build causes the screen to flash more
severely.

I am concerned seeing versions going up, and the problem getting worse,
not improving.

Please kindly advise what is going on. I am thankful.
