Public bug reported:

I'd like to drop version 14 of LLVM going into Resolute, to reduce the
maintenance burden for the LTS release. Reverse dependencies are listed
below, but there are some caveats:

- The Intel packages (libigc*) will switch to using a vendored LLVM 14 until 
they are able to be forward ported.
- The OpenCL packages are just there to support user of LLVM 14, and more 
recent versions already exist, so dropping those should not be problematic.
- nvidia-cuda-toolkit only lists clang-14 as one option for a C++ compiler, but 
also supports clang-17 which would remain in the archive.
