** Description changed:

  Hello,

  libamdhip64-5 is migration blocker for rocr-runtime as seen below. And
  it has been superseded with libamdhip64-7 after rocm-hipamd
  (7.1.0-0ubuntu2) resolute;

  ```
  trying: rocr-runtime
  skipped: rocr-runtime (272, 32, 20)
      got: 68+260: a-12:a-260:a-0:a-28:i-9:p-5:r-5:s-9
      * amd64: libamdhip64-5, libggml-hip, libhipblas0, librccl-dev, librccl1,
librccl1-tests, librocblas0, librocprim-tests
  ```

  Please see reverse-depends analysis below:

  root@pretty-antelope:~# reverse-depends -x libamdhip64-5
  Reverse-Depends
  ===============
  * libggml-hip
  * librccl1 => in our radar for update and new version of rccl should
not depend on -5
-   * librccl-dev
-   * librccl1-tests
+   * librccl-dev
+   * librccl1-tests
  * librccl1-tests
  * librocblas0 [amd64 amd64v3 arm64]    => in our radar for rocm update
(probably needs rebuild)
-   * libhipblas0 [amd64 amd64v3 arm64]
-   * libggml-hip
+   * libhipblas0 [amd64 amd64v3 arm64]
+   * libggml-hip
  * librocprim-tests => in our radar for rocm update

- Only concerning package I see is libggml not directly related with rocm
- but one of the critical ones.
+ Only concerning package I see is libggml not directly related with rocm but

+ Update on ggml: libggml-hip is replaced by libggml-dev and it is FTBFS for
now. I have a merge proposal to resolve it here:

  Can you please review the request?
