Hi Will, I think the package 'could' be sponsored/uploaded as is, since the lintian reports that I get are only of type I (and N). But even these could be solved quite easily:
"I: emhash source: unused-license-paragraph-in-dep5-copyright gpl-2.0-or-later [debian/copyright:200]" by just removing line 200-215 in d/copyright "I: emhash source: older-debian-watch-file-standard 4 [debian/watch]" by running 'uscan --update-watchfile' "I: emhash source: unused-override source-is-missing [bench/tsl_bench/*.html] [debian/source/lintian-overrides:6] I: emhash source: unused-override source-is-missing [bench/tsl_bench/*.js] [debian/source/lintian-overrides:7] N: 0 hints overridden; 2 unused overrides" by removing the the lines from d/s/lintian-overrides since they seem to be no longer needed - and since these are the only files in d/s/lintian-overrides, you can simply remove the entire d/s/lintian-overrides file. These changes would make the package super clean; however the three changes would req. their own/add bullet in d/changelog. wdyt? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2130190 Title: [needs-packaging] emhash To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2130190/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
