- enable tests - done
- filter unused third party code
- clarify that it is a header only lib

And you did more, thanks that proactive "fix while we are at it" is great to see
Like updating the watch file, removing unused licenses and much more.
I see some tests ran in

Overall this looks good to me now to be acceptable.
Doing so ...

This will accept the source, the binaries will hit the queue it shortly
after and once those are accepted too you are good to go.
