Its great to hear that 6.8.0-103-generic seems to have fixed your
problem.

I went and had a look at all the changes in -103, and there was 192 patches
just for networking only, out of 2114 total patches.... maybe your problem was
the same as that other bug, maybe it wasn't and another patch fixed it instead.

There seems to be quite a few people experiencing networking problems in -100,
so I think I will go speak to the Kernel Team and see if they will possibly
consider releasing -103 a little earlier than the week of 9th March.

Anyway, you can keep using -103, it will be the next noble kernel once the
2026.02.09 SRU cycle completes.
