Description:The network-manager package is consistently failing to
establish connections to enterprise Wi-Fi networks that use
WPA2-Enterprise authentication with PEAP/MSCHAPv2. The connection
attempts fail after authentication, and the system falls back to
disconnected state.Steps to Reproduce:1. Open Network Settings and
select the enterprise Wi-Fi network2. Configure authentication with PEAP
and MSCHAPv23. Enter valid enterprise credentials (username and
password)4. Attempt to connect to the networkExpected Behavior:The
system should successfully authenticate and connect to the enterprise
Wi-Fi network.Actual Behavior:The connection fails after the
authentication phase. The network icon shows "connecting" for several
seconds before reverting to "disconnected" state. No stable connection
