For those willing to move ahead of release there is a PPA which contains
those kernels in preparation of the next update (properly signed). The
packages there are the same as in the -proposed pocket but without the
rest of proposed packages. The PPA can be enabled with:

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:canonical-kernel-team/proposed

And disabled again with:

sudo apt-add-repository -r ppa:canonical-kernel-team/proposed

More people volunteering into this would have the advantage of hearing
about problems before releasing with them. :) Even with a lot of
testing, it is impossible to cover all hardware and usage patterns.
