For those willing to move ahead of release there is a PPA which contains those kernels in preparation of the next update (properly signed). The packages there are the same as in the -proposed pocket but without the rest of proposed packages. The PPA can be enabled with:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:canonical-kernel-team/proposed And disabled again with: sudo apt-add-repository -r ppa:canonical-kernel-team/proposed More people volunteering into this would have the advantage of hearing about problems before releasing with them. :) Even with a lot of testing, it is impossible to cover all hardware and usage patterns. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2141584 Title: Sending wakeonlan magic packet from kernel 6.8.0-100-generic no longer works (UDP broadcast wrong destination address) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2141584/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
