Ah ok, at least that says the crash kernel is working at least for the
official kernel. Not sure why it does not work for the real issue. Maybe
30s is too long and the system messes itself up to hard. For that reason
I was mentioning to try without delay.

For the mainline kernels maybe they are considered not worthy to be
dumped. I would use them just as data pointers to know whether the issue
still exists there as well. If even the latest 6.19 kernels fail the
last resort without a dump is to bisect between 6.14 and 6.17. But that
will be long and painful.
