Thanks for the bug report. Each of those should be separate bugs, but
honestly I don't see any overlap between KDE and GNOME ever being
approved.

menu widget.

No need for Unity. It already exists in:
https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1250/gnome-global-application-menu/

> -Title bar and Tool bar should be separated for dragging window in
easy.

That's a function of the app toolkit (GTK) so you should log an enhancement
request against gtk:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues

> -KDE Wallpaper Module hook for GNOME Wallpaper, or want KDE-Select
Wallpaper Content Package for GNOME.

Please search https://extensions.gnome.org/ to see if anything suitable exists,
and if not then open a new bug at:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues

> -qt-gtk should be installed for Qt Application for GNOME Theme Integration.
> -Darwin kernel for GNOME Desktop for more Object-oriented Process Management.

I'm not sure about these. Please open new bugs for them.
