Since you noted a workaround/fix in mesa-2404 (candidate), could you
please confirm whether the issue reproduces on fully updated Noble
without that snap (stock archive Mesa), and attach:
- `uname -r`
- `apt-cache policy libva2 intel-media-va-driver intel-media-driver`
- the exact failing command + full vainfo output (or the application log
showing the symbol error)
