ggml d/control:
Package: libggml0
Architecture: amd64 arm64 loong64 ppc64 ppc64el riscv64 s390x
Multi-Arch: same
Depends: ${misc:Depends},
${shlibs:Depends},
Suggests: libggml0-backend-blas,
libggml0-backend-cuda,
libggml0-backend-hip,
libggml0-backend-vulkan,
Breaks: libggml, libggml0-backend-cpu
Replaces: libggml, libggml0-backend-cpu
...
That suggests of libggml0-backend-hip should be architecture dependent,
since libggml0-backend-hip in resolute-proposed only exists in amd64,
amd64v3, arm64
Removing libggml0-backend-hip@ppc64el now will break that relationship,
but a) it's just a suggests; b) it can still be fixed in a new ggml
upload.
