Thanks for the bug report. Please try adding this kernel parameter:
i915.enable_psr=0
You can make it permanent by putting it in /etc/default/grub as:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="i915.enable_psr=0"
and then run:
sudo update-grub
and reboot.
