Public bug reported:

Hi,

the version 2025.10+ds-5 of opm-simulators in resolute-proposed did not
build on any architecture [1], because it picked up the opm-common
version 2025.10+ds-2 from resolute but the build needs version
2025.10+ds-3 to be successful.

I guess there was a race condition when copying from Debian unstable and
opm-simulators/2025.10+ds-5 got built before opm-grid/2025.10+ds-2 was
built and available [3].

Note that there was a transition (dune-common-2.11.0) in Debian [4] that
got picked up and as a result dune-common/2.11.0-1 will note migrate to
resolute because of the build failure.

Any chance that there will be a rebuild of opm-simulators/2025.10+ds-5
to facilitate migration despite the freeze?

The same holds for opm-upscaling/2025.10+ds-2 in resolute/proposed
I am the Debian maintainer of these packages. If there is anything that I can
do on the Debian side to help, then please let me know.

Many thanks in advance

Best,

Markus
