I'm not sure exactly what happened, but it's possible the tests weren't using the base kernel. The instructions should be updated to specify that the standard LTS/ESM kernel be installed, and the dmesg log should be verified when loading the db via the cfg80211 module. I will also be more verbose with future verifications.
Setting the domain can be done with `sudo iw reg set <COUNTRY>` which is listed in the test plan, albeit briefly.
