Hi Peter, Just looking at your output of `snap list` -> `thunderbird 140.3.1esr-1 825 latest/stable canonical✓ disabled`, it looks like the thunderbird snap is disabled.
You can enable it with: $ sudo snap enable thunderbird You can verify it is indeed enabled if `snap list thunderbird` no longer says `disabled` in the last `Notes` column.
