Verification will be done in LP: #2108997 which superseeded this one, but without the correct changes file. I decided to go ahead like this because rebuilding toolchain packages is a complex process, and not worth it at this time because of the changes file. Also, this bug here lacks the SRU template, and just hints that the test plan is the testsuite that runs during gdb build, so that plus autopkgtests will have to do. Plus of course the testing from LP: #2108997.
