I have a similar issue on a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 (Ryzen 7 7735HS) with kernel 6.17. My system fails to initialize power management, reporting: 'amd_pmc probe failed with error -5'. This leads to improper shutdowns and a high 'Unsafe Shutdowns' count on my NVMe drive. I believe these power management failures on Lenovo/Ryzen systems are related.
