As part of the php8.5 transition, please remove php8.4 from resolute.
php-defaults is in the archive now, pointing to 8.5, and 8.4 is not needed
anymore.
It's safe to remove php8.4, looking at the reverse depends:

Note that the first part of the list, consisting of packages without the
8.4 prefix, are the binaries build by the php8.4 source itself.
The other packages (php8.4-*) are in the archive but shouldn't be really.
The php8.5 version of these have migrated, are in the archive, but the old
version of the source was not removed by reasons I honestly ignore. I will
write a comment here with the versions and how they relate to those, so the
responsible AA can look at what is happening.
