Public bug reported:

[ Impact ]

This SRU to Noble contains various bugfixes:
 * The socketpair regression test fails on HWE kernels (LP: #2124206)
 * Libapparmor does not correctly parse the features file with prefixes (LP:
#2105986)
 * The parser did not handle the norelatime mount flag correctly (LP: #2110688)
 * The man page for apparmor.d contained incorrect information about mount
flags (LP: #2110630)
 * Regression tests are added for the previous two issues
 * Removal of the busybox and nautilus unconfined userns profiles (LP: #2142792)

[ Test Plan ]

Each of the linked bugs has their own test plan.

[ Where problems could occur ]

Each of the linked bugs has their own analysis of where problems could
occur. The regression test addition, which does not change the final
packaged code, was first done in the 4.1.0~beta5-0ubuntu14.1 SRU for
Plucky and added upstream in 5.0.0~alpha1 for Questing. However, there
remains the chance of other breakages being masked by bugs in the
regression test change.

[ Other Info ]

All of these bugs have already been fixed in Questing and Resolute:
 - LP: #2124206 was fixed in 5.0.0~alpha1-0ubuntu7 for Questing
 - LP: #2105986 was fixed in 4.1.0~beta5-0ubuntu13 for Plucky
 - LP: #2110688 was fixed in 4.1.0~beta5-0ubuntu14.1 for Plucky and fixed
upstream in 5.0.0~alpha1 for Questing
 - LP: #2110630 was fixed in 4.1.0~beta5-0ubuntu14.1 for Plucky and fixed
upstream in 5.0.0~alpha1 for Questing
 - LP: #2142792 was fixed in 4.1.0~beta4-0ubuntu1 for Plucky, without an
associated LP bug at the time
