Public bug reported: Please sync openvpn3-client 27+dfsg-1 (universe) from Debian sid (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: openvpn3-client is an alternative client to openvpn, with the advantage it supports SAML authentication (openvpn doesn't support it). Version 27 has some bug fixes, and minor new features, including desktop notification.
