This is now needed to build rust-cargo in resolute-proposed. Building rust-cargo would allow completing the rust-wasm-bindgen transition. Part of that transition was removing rust-wasm-bindgen-backend, but that was done yesterday in resolute release and not just resolute-proposed. That has made uninstallability increase a lot:
