Fingerprint reader is present on Dell Latitude 7210 2-in-1 and detected
by lsusb as:
06cb:00bc Synaptics, Inc.
On Ubuntu 25.10, fprintd service starts successfully, but fingerprint
enrollment fails with:
GDBus.Error:net.reactivated.Fprint.Error.NoSuchDevice: No devices
available

Observed behavior:
- lsusb detects the fingerprint sensor
- fprintd service is active
- no fingerprint device is available to fprintd-enroll
Expected behavior:
Fingerprint reader should be supported, or the package should clearly indicate
lack of support for Synaptics 06cb:00bc.
Additional note:
This USB ID does not appear in the upstream libfprint supported devices list.
