Public bug reported:
ASUS ROG G513QY keyboard stops working after suspend/resume. IRQ1 is
killed by kernel with message: "atkbd serio0: Disabling IRQ1 wakeup
source to avoid platform firmware bug". After wake from suspend,
/proc/interrupts shows IRQ1 at 0 counts across all CPUs. Keyboard cannot
be recovered without full reboot.

Kernel: affects both 6.14.0-37 and 6.17.0-14
Fix needed: Add G513QY to irq1_level_low_skip_override[] table in
drivers/acpi/resource.c similar to fixes applied to other ASUS laptops.
