The full set of changes of the questing upload is bigger than what is in
the new usptream 2.0.20 version. We have patches on top of 2.0.19 and
2.0.20 that are fixing bugs not covered by this SRU, and that are not
present in 2.0.20 upstream, and not present in the current questing
package.

The SRU exception allows for new upstream versions of the same track, so
2.0.20 is fine for questing. But you are also including patches on top
of that: patches which were not included in 2.0.20 upstream, and
therefore not QA'ed by upstream.

Specifically:
a) fwupd (2.0.19-1ubuntu2) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Fix snapd bad request on db updates (LP: #2139611):
    - d/p/db-update-snapd-bad-request.patch: On TPM/FDE systems, db updates
require notifying snapd for preparation. However, the payload uses an
incorrect format for composite updates. Change the format to align
      with snapd.

This is a patch on top of 2.0.19-1ubuntu2 resolute initially, and is
still present in 2.0.20-1ubuntu2~25.10.1. This bug actually was part of
the snapd 2.74.1 SRU: do we still need the patch on fwupd? Do we risk
breaking snapd 2.74.1 if we ship this patch to questing and earlier?

b) fwupd (2.0.19-1ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * d/p/fwupdmgr-fde-verify-snapd-recovery-key.patch: Make fwupdmgr
verify snapd recovery key through prompt on updates affecting FDE.
    (LP: #2138609)

Patch on top of 2.0.19-1ubuntu1 for resolute initially, also still
present in 2.0.20-1ubuntu2~25.10.1

The SRU exception allows to not mention all the fixed bugs, but I
believe the assumption is that these would be included in the new
upstream release that is being backported. That does not seem to be the
case here, as these are patches in the ubuntu package, and still present
on top of 2.0.20 which is the upstream version being backported.

All of this to say, I think we should make those two bugs above also
have the SRU template, since these fixes are not included in the new
upstream version 2.0.20 that is being backported, and are also new
changes on top of the current questing package.
