ruby-ethon (0.16.0-3ubuntu2) resolute; urgency=medium
* d/control: specify the libcurl4-openssl-dev dependency. There are more
packages which provide libcurl-dev, but don't install any dependency
containing libcurl.so.4, needed for the mksubstvars script (LP: #2144351)
